Job Description: • Approach and interact with various MFIs for application/solution partnership
• Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related product and market trends
• Work on system integration by assimilating active feedback from partner organizations
• Roll out the solution/application pilot and actively monitor the working of solution at partner MFIs
• Troubleshoot and collect system related feedback from partner organization
• Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to stakeholders
• Ensure due diligence, manage risk and ensure regulatory compliance
• Analyze technology trends catering to the micro customers and identify markets for future product development
• Understand and gather microfinance/retail lending requirements
• Write business and solutions requirement documents (BRS, SRD, PRD)
• Maintain and update market intelligence tools, databases and dashboards

Job Description: • Develop and own the technical design documents in line with solution design documents

Job Description: • Appoint and lead the sales team and channel partners in the assigned area
• Ensure sales and product training are provided to key distributor’s sales personnel as required from time to time
• Focus on achievement of targets for distributors, agent appointment, customer appointment and revenues in assigned areas
• Report activities on a daily basis to reporting manager
• Follow and implement all processes and systems set by the company without any compromise
• Open-up opportunities in new towns which are in line with objectives set by the organization and expand to new markets
